Starts with a brief Tea 101 where you learn what tea is, how to steep it, how to properly taste, and review tea do’s and don’ts. Be introduced to the history of Oolongs in Taiwan, then you will be guided you through tasting 3 rare oolong teas recently hand-carried back from Taiwan. The flight is accompanied by complementary food pairings that highlight each tea’s notes and deepen the tasting profile.
