This one-of-a-kind workshop is an interactive tea blending course, engages all your senses, and will have you looking at herbs, flowers, nuts, seeds, and spices in new ways.

Starts with a brief Tea 101 where you learn what tea is, how to steep it, how to properly taste, and review tea "do’s and don’ts". Be introduced to the history of the use of herbs for healing and health, then you will be guided you through the basics of tea blending, followed by tasting 3 Jadetiger Tea® herbal blends - before pulling up your sleeves to create your own herbal concoction to take home. The course is accompanied by food pairings to highlight different light bites that enhance the drinking experience and deepen the tasting profile.

This is a uniquely fully-immersive tea experience for chefs, baristas, hoteliers, tea lovers and tea novices alike. Facilitated by our Certified Tea Sommelier; bring all your questions about tea and be ready for an enlightening, synergistic exchange.

You’ll leave knowing where tea comes from, how to access whole leaf, why and when to choose organic tea, and possibly newly inspired to host your own tea party, fit with complimentary food pairing ideas.

Each attendee will bring home a 16 oz. jar of their handmade herbal tea blend.
